These terms apply to the Mural app and website, operated by Hackmamba Inc., a company registered in the United States. For support, contact hi@hackmamba.io. Read our privacy policy to understand how data is handled.

Using Mural

Mural offers AI conversation practice. You are responsible for what you share, for keeping your API key secure and for using the service lawfully. Do not misuse the app to harm others, bypass access controls or disrupt a provider’s service. You must meet the age and eligibility requirements of the services you use; a parent or guardian must agree where required.

AI has limits

Mural can make mistakes in facts, pronunciation, translation and corrections. Learning levels and recall bars are estimates, not qualifications or guarantees of fluency. Check important information independently. Mural is not a source of medical, legal or financial advice.

API costs and availability

The current preview uses your own OpenAI API key. OpenAI sets and bills its usage charges directly to your account. Internet access and access to the supported models are required. Hackmamba does not sell credits or charge a Mural service fee in this preview. We will present purchase terms, taxes and all fees before any future paid service is enabled.

Features may change or become unavailable, including when a third-party provider changes its service. Keep an export of learning data you want to retain, especially before reinstalling or changing devices.

Your content and the source code

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You permit the processing needed to deliver the features you request, as described in the privacy policy. Mural’s source code is licensed under the MIT License; third-party components retain their own licenses. Hackmamba owns the Mural name and branding. The software license does not grant trademark rights.

Responsibility

The preview is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Hackmamba does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free AI responses or a particular learning result. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Stopping and changes

You may stop using Mural at any time and delete your local data in Settings. We may restrict access we operate when needed to address misuse or protect the service. Material changes to these terms will be explained before they take effect.
